REPORT ON “CAREER GUIDANCE ON TNPSC AND SSC EXAMS”

The Placement and Training Cell hosted a career counseling program for third-year students on August 20, 2024, at 2:30 p.m., to provide thorough guidance on preparing for and succeeding in the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) and Staff Selection Commission (SSC) exams. The event began with a welcome address from Placement Coordinator Ms. Caroline Blessy, followed by a Felicitation address by Principal Dr. C. Emmy Prema. The session was conducted by Rev. Fr. James Amal Raj, South Coordinator of JDAX Academy, who emphasized the career opportunities these exams offer and shared resources and strategies for effective exam preparation. Students were advised to create a strategic study plan and utilize available resources to boost their chances of success. The program concluded with a note of gratitude by Ms. Viji Nirmala AP/IT.

Exploring Future Technologies & Emerging Career Paths in Engineering

The Placement and Training Cell of Bethlahem Institute of Engineering successfully conducted a career counselling session entitled "Exploring Future Technologies & Emerging Career Paths in Engineering" on 12th November, 2024 at Smart Class II. The session was led by Mr. Moti Joseph, Director of Higher ED for All. He provided valuable insights into the latest technological trends and the exciting opportunities for aspiring engineers. The Placement and Training Cell of BIoE organized a career counseling program on "Elevator Pitch Mastery: Building an Impactful Impression for Interviews" on 15th November 2024.The session was led by Mr. Dervin Mathan, HR - Reporting & Data Analytics at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, who shared his extensive industry knowledge and provided invaluable tips on how to effectively highlight key strengths and engage interviewers with confidence—skills that are essential for making a strong impression standing out in today’s competitive job market. We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Dervin for generously offering his expertise and inspiring our students to refine their communication skills as they prepare to advance in their professional journeys.

The Importance of Leadership in Career

The Placement and Training Cell of Bethlahem Institute of Engineering hosted an enlightening and impactful career counseling session on "The Importance of Leadership in Career" on 18th November 2024 at Smart Class II. We were honored to have Mr. Ajay Jose, the Founder & Managing Director of FOXTECH, as the guest speaker for this insightful session. With his wealth of experience and expertise, Mr. Jose, along with his talented team, shared invaluable perspectives on how cultivating strong leadership skills is essential for career advancement and long-term success. A career counseling session on Career Paths in SEO and Digital Marketing

The Placement and Training Cell of Bethlahem Institute of Engineering organized a career counseling session on "Career Paths in SEO and Digital Marketing" for final-year students on November 20, 2024, at Smart Class II. The session was led by two industry experts: Mr. Zammy Zaif, Google Ranking Expert and CEO of BAMS Technologies and Mr. Max Milian Mathew, Founder & CTO of Spifix.Mr. Zaif shared his journey from a beginner in digital marketing to becoming a CEO and emphasized the importance of vision, problem-solving and innovation in leadership. Mr. Mathew discussed the key skills required for effective leadership in tech and digital marketing.The session not only enhanced the students' understanding of SEO and digital marketing but also inspired them to develop leadership skills crucial for their future careers.
